Reports to: VP of Talent Acquisition 

Compensation: $40K + bonus, commensurate with experience

THE ROLE

Princeton Mortgage is adding a Mortgage Sales Recruiter to our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional mortgage loan originators, while also actively contributing to our culture of freedom and responsibility. The ideal candidate has mortgage industry experience, but we are willing to relax on that for the right person.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Mortgage Sales Recruiter will be responsible for executing three main objectives:

1.   Recruit the industry's best mortgage loan originators.

2.   Drive an exceptional candidate experience through the entire hiring process. Including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, coordinating hiring manager interviews, onboarding, etc.

3.  Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES:

  • At least one year of recruiting or business development experience

  • Grit - this person will hustle, and keep exploring new ways to network with loan originators (even when faced with rejection)

  • Strong sourcing and full cycle recruiting experience, including but not limited to: utilizing job boards, social media, etc.

  • Proven success in a cold calling environment

  • The ability to thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment

  • Incredible written and verbal communication

  • Knowledge of sales principles, processes, techniques, etc.
