Princeton Mortgage seeks to hire a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Responsibilities
The Loan Officer Assistant will largely be responsible for In Process Originations and Branding / Networking.
​

Assist with the collection of documentation and processing of customer applications
-
Provide top tier customer service to all borrowers; generate welcome emails, etc.
-
Correspond with all parties to resolve questions regarding application information inclusive of borrower, buyer and seller agents, attorneys, title company, PMC ops team LP/UW/Closer

Purchase closing gifts for buyers and periodically attend local closings

Be the face of the organization, provide face to face customer service as well as written mail, phone, social media, email, etc. with all borrowers and referral partners

Post consistently on social media- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Bring fresh and concise marketing ideas to light

Attend networking events
-
Coordinate hosted events, lunches, meetings, conventions, etc.

Run local errands as needed

Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements

-
2 years of Mortgage, Real Estate, or Executive Assistant experience
-
Demonstrated success at managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
-
Ability to create fresh, clean, and concise marketing content for social media and advertising
-
Ability to think-fast under pressure
-
Has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
-
Possesses a “roll up your sleeves” attitude; flexible to take on a leadership role or work as part of a team

Enjoys working independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and organizational skills required

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
