Princeton Mortgage seeks to hire a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Responsibilities

The Loan Officer Assistant will largely be responsible for In Process Originations and Branding / Networking.  

  • Assist with the collection of documentation and processing of customer applications

  • Provide top tier customer service to all borrowers; generate welcome emails, etc.

  • Correspond with all parties to resolve questions regarding application information inclusive of borrower, buyer and seller agents, attorneys, title company, PMC ops team LP/UW/Closer

  • Purchase closing gifts for buyers and periodically attend local closings

  • Be the face of the organization, provide face to face customer service as well as written mail, phone, social media, email, etc. with all borrowers and referral partners

  • Post consistently on social media- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Bring fresh and concise marketing ideas to light

  • Attend networking events

  • Coordinate hosted events, lunches, meetings, conventions, etc.

  • Run local errands as needed

  • Performing other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • 2 years of Mortgage, Real Estate, or Executive Assistant experience

  • Demonstrated success at managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to create fresh, clean, and concise marketing content for social media and advertising

  • Ability to think-fast under pressure

  • Has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Possesses a “roll up your sleeves” attitude; flexible to take on a leadership role or work as part of a team

  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team

  • Strong time management and organizational skills required

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
