Compensation: 80k-120k (commensurate with experience)

Princeton Mortgage is seeking an Encompass Administrator who is highly analytical, has keen attention to detail, and demonstrates the ability to solve complex business and technology problems. The Encompass Administrator will collaborate and report to the VP of Technology to design, facilitate, deploy, build, and support various Encompass projects and initiatives.



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant degree (strong work experience may be substituted)

  • 5+ Years Ellie Mae Encompass administration experience

  • 3+ years in advanced coding of business rules within Encompass using Visual Basic .NET

  • Experience with Encompass integrations including OB, TPO Connect, LO Connect, Mortgage Hippo, Velocify, Smart Fees and other Ellie Mae Network services

  • Demonstrated experience building custom input forms using advance coding

  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and loan origination life cycle

  • Experience with Encompass SDK, DevConnect API's, TPO Connect Secure Scripting is preferred



  • Create workflows, input forms, custom fields, documents, and business rules as requested

  • Maintain the overall system architecture and lead person for developing system optimization

  • Assess business requirements/projects to determine the best practice system resolutions

  • Interact and act as vendor relation for all third-party vendor integration partners

  • Primary subject matter expert working with the business units to determine best practices for continuous system improvement

  • Create, recommend, and deploy new encompass functions, capabilities, and integrations

  • Independently designing and implementing solutions to complex problems working with Encompass and third-party vendors.

  • Other Duties as assigned


Encompass Administration Certification is preferred
