Licenses / Certifications: Active loan origination license required

Mortgage Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage sales.

 

Job Description:

Princeton Mortgage seeks to hire an experienced Loan Officers that are looking to THRIVE with a growing company. The Loan Officer is responsible for executing 5 main objectives:

  • Assimilate into the company’s culture to provide our customers the Effortless Mortgage experience

  • Take inbound calls from multiple different lead sources

  • Develop internal relationships with operations staff to deliver support throughout the origination process

  • Manage our Affinity program through keeping in contact and providing updates to Clients.

  • Maintain familiarity with market trends to support the development of innovative concepts to ensure the company is delivering on the Effortless Experience

 

Princeton Mortgage is seeking self-motivated, highly competitive Loan Officers to expand its geographic footprint and deliver the Effortless Experience nationwide.

 

Who Does Well Here – Candidate Description

The candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry. The candidate should have an extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and have a strong operational understanding of the mortgage loan origination process. The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving excellence and building strong relationships throughout their career.

 

The Responsibilities

Qualifying the Borrower: Based on credit review and initial screen.

Selling the Loan: Payment information for appraisal received.

Accurate 1003: Asking all of the questions on the 1003 and filling out the information accurately.

Initial Docs: Obtaining initial documentation from the borrower and uploading to Encompass.

Notes: Enter Loan Sold Notes in conversation log and include borrowers preferred method of communication.

Execute Disclosures: LO responsible for borrower executing disclosures.
