Princeton Mortgage seeks to hire a Business Development Analyst to report to the SVP of Wholesale. The Business Development Analyst is responsible for executing 5 main objectives:

Assimilate into the company’s culture to provide our customers the Effortless Experience

Source new broker relationships on an ongoing basis and provide support during the approval process

Develop internal relationships with operations staff to deliver support throughout the origination process

Manage and develop sales pipeline database to deliver ongoing marketing campaigns

Maintain familiarity with market trends to support the development of innovative concepts to ensure the company is delivering on the Effortless Experience

Princeton Mortgage is seeking self-motivated, highly competitive Business Development Analyst to expand its geographic footprint and deliver the Effortless Experience to mortgage brokers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Create new broker relationships through unique and strategic marketing campaigns

Provide support to brokers during the completion of the application process and present completed packages to Executive Management for approval

Train new broker partners on all wholesale specific technology platforms and updates

Provide ongoing training/support to existing customers on all wholesale specific technology platforms and updates

Support and educate brokers on pricing, loan products and technology advancements to generate consistent business from entire approved broker base

Manage loan pipeline to help support brokers through the mortgage loan origination process

Develop relationships with internal operations staff to quickly resolve disputes and issues

Work with marketing team and executive management to develop innovative ways to execute on the company’s overarching goals
