Princeton Mortgage seeks to hire an IT Systems Administrator to report directly to Nicole Gordon. The IT Systems Administrator has three main objectives:
Effectively and efficiently correct IT related issues as they are submitted.
Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers, input/output fleet, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary.
Maintain all operating systems and end user hardware and software.
Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration.

Who Does Well Here – Candidate Description
The type of person who would do well in this job has:
Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
Experience with data management.
Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Experience reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
High level of self-motivation and keen attention to detail.

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Tech Cert and 2+ years equivalent work experience
Finance or Mortgage Industry experience a plus
Knowledge of Encompass, Velocify, TPO Connect, Microsoft Exchange and excel a plus
The Responsibilities
This person manages in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications.
Position also participates in the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
The Systems Administrator participates in the execution of new technical or digital related projects consistent with quarterly company OKR’s.
A summary of the responsibilities:
Create all user logins and passwords for onboarding. Disable and secure all logins and passwords for offboarding
Manage communications and connection solutions, including workstation connectivity, local area networks, company Web site, intranet, and Internet applications.
Aide in the performance of network and security audits.
Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers, input/output fleet, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary.
Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
