Princeton Mortgage seeks a dynamic and intuitive Operations Recruiting Manager to join our team! The Operations Recruiting Manager plays a critical role in hiring the best possible individuals and achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates.    

 

Job Functions: 

  • Lead recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive smooth experience for candidates/new hires

  • Identify and recruit the best fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels

  • Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top Underwriters, Loan Processors, Loan Closers, Loan Openers, Loan Officer Assistants, and other internal roles as needed 

  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of requirements 

  • Use social and professional websites to identify and source candidates 

  • Conduct regular and consistent follow up with manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

  • Document and maintain all information in our applicant tracking system

  • Screen applications to ensure qualifications and match for the company culture

  • Manage a team of recruiters, and assist with the development and growth of their careers

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of mortgage operations recruiting experience  

  • Capable of successfully multitasking and changing plans to meet the needs of our growing company

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience working with a company who has experience exponential growth

  • Microsoft and Social Media proficient
