The Junior Encompass Administrator will play an integral role in the overall support of our Encompass Environment. The Junior Encompass Administrator will be responsible for user support, and day to day maintenance and settings of our Encompass environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day user support, troubleshoot and problem solve various day to day Encompass issues.

  • Escalate issues and maintain Encompass tech support cases and communicate Encompass status updates.

  • Maintain Encompass company organization structure which includes user setups, persona, roles, groups, and security settings.

  • Maintain Encompass settings which includes Loan Folders, Alerts, custom print forms, loan templates, Documents, and conditions

  • Add, troubleshoot, and maintain business rules for data entry, trigger rules, milestone rules and automated conditions.

  • Research, analyze, test, and communicate various Encompass releases

  • Document, test, and deploy approved Change Requests and Enhancements

  • Obtain, research, and clarify business requirements for various fixes, enhancement or projects

  • Assist Encompass Administrator as assigned

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years Ellie Mae Administration Experience

  • Information technology and/or programing skills

  • In-Depth understanding of the Mortgage industry and loan origination life cycle

  • Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability with business process and procedures

  • Strong organization and analytical skills, along with ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to manage workflow
