Vp of National Retail Sales
Reports to: Head of Sales

We are looking for someone with a track record of building a billion dollar plus retail sales team with the potential to become the best retail sales leader in the mortgage industry. The VP of National Retail Sales will be responsible for the growth and productivity of our retail sales team nationwide and will have a 2021 goal of adding two billion dollars in annual retail production.
The VP of National Retail Sales must be a leader of leaders, capable of attracting the best area and regional managers across the country to work with them. The VP of National Retail Sales must also be able to work cross-functionally throughout the organization, building upon our existing Princeton Selling System to ensure maximum productivity and making Princeton Mortgage the best place in the industry for retail LO’s to work. The person in this role must except FULL RESPONSIBILITY for Princeton Mortgage hitting its aggressive growth goals, and will be given the freedom to hit make the big decisions necessary for us to hit those as long as they operate in line with the company’s core values.
Princeton Mortgage grew production from $130M funded in 2018 to almost $365M funded in 2019, and in 2020 we are on base to do almost 1B funded. We plan to grow even more in 2020 and reach 50,000 loans per year for more than 12B by 2028.
